The 20th Annual Multidisciplinary Symposium on Breast Disease

Dear Colleagues:

This is indeed a pleasure to present to you the program of the 20th Annual Multidisciplinary Symposium on Breast Disease, which will take place February 12-15, 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island, Florida.

During the last two decades the symposium has provided a unique educational experience for those involved in breast health care. As an internationally recognized symposium, we have been fortunate to attract the most highly respected speakers to participate in the symposium every year. This year, the University of Florida is excited to partner with Cedars-Sinai in California. By combining the expertise of our world-class institutions, we will be able to provide an expanded program, covering many new exciting topics related to multidisciplinary breast health.

The program is designed to offer pre-symposium workshops, plenary sessions, case presentations and panel discussions with active participation of the audience. The speakers are recognized authorities in their specialties, with experience in presenting the most controversial aspects surrounding the spectrum of benign, premalignant and malignant breast lesions.

In addition, we are fortunate to have Dr. Eric P. Winer serve as our keynote speaker. Dr. Winer serves on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and is chief of the Division of Women’s Cancers and Director of the Breast Oncology Program in the Susan F. Smith Center for Women’s Cancers at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts.

As always, this year’s symposium will take place over Valentine’s Day weekend in one of the most beautiful resort locations in Florida. Please join us to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our Symposium.

We look forward to seeing you in February 12-15, 2015!
